Registration and payment
The retreat has a maximum of 12 guests. Places are allocated on a first come, first served basis. Registration is complete only with full payment. An online checkout hold lasts 10 minutes and is not a confirmed booking.
Individual package: ₹26,500 per guest. Couple package: ₹51,000 for two guests. Prices are exclusive of taxes. Applicable taxes and the full amount are shown at the final payment review before you continue to CCAvenue. Soil Stay does not collect your card number.
Your stay
Packages include three nights of accommodation, wholesome meals, guided wellness sessions and scheduled retreat activities. Accommodation is double occupancy, with two guests sharing one bed. Room allocation follows registration order and availability; confirm room-sharing arrangements with the team.
Check-in: 11 December 2026 from 10 am IST. Check-out: 14 December 2026 at 10 am IST. Travel, airport / railway transfers, personal expenses and services not explicitly included are additional.
Cancellation and refunds
- 30 days or more before the retreat: 50% refund.
- 15–29 days before the retreat: 25% refund.
- Within 14 days: no refund.
No refunds for late arrival, early departure or unused services. Organiser cancellation: full refund of retreat fees paid.
Booking documents
After verified payment, your confirmation and documents are available through your account. The invoice is provided before the personalised guest guide. Please review the guest guide and retreat rules and the privacy policy.
