Your privacy
Soil Stay uses the information you share to manage accounts, homeowner invitations, retreat reservations, invoices and enquiries.
Google sign-in
We request your name and verified email through Google sign-in, and store your Google account identifier to recognise your account. We do not request access to your inbox, files or calendar. Secure cookies keep you signed in for up to 30 days from active use, unless you sign out or access is revoked, and protect the sign-in process.
Your guest profile
After Google sign-in, we ask you to confirm your full name and verified email and provide your date of birth and phone number. Soil Stay stores these details to manage your guest registration and booking communication. Only you and authorised Soil Stay administrators can access your profile. You can update these details in your account or contact us about correction or deletion. Your date of birth is not sent to the payment gateway.
Bookings and invoices
Booking records include the guest or billing name, contact email, package, guest count, payment reference, amounts and billing details supplied for invoices. Access is restricted to the relevant guest account and authorised Soil Stay administrators. Issued invoices and payment history are retained for accounting and applicable legal requirements.
Website storage and service providers
The retreat announcement appears when you visit the homepage. Your selected language and display currency are saved in local browser storage so they remain selected on later visits. Cloudflare hosts the website and account data. Received payment references and issued invoice details are also stored in a restricted Google Sheet for Soil Stay accounting and authorised filing support. Date of birth and phone numbers are not included in that accounting export. Google handles Google authentication. Google Tag Manager is installed across the website to manage analytics and advertising tags, including Google Analytics. Depending on the tags enabled, Google and other configured providers may receive device, page-view and interaction information and use cookies or similar technologies to understand website use and advertising performance.
Contact and external links
WhatsApp enquiry buttons open WhatsApp; sending a message is your choice. WhatsApp and external travel or booking sites apply their own privacy policies. For confirmed retreat bookings, Soil Stay sends booking confirmations, invoices and the guest guide by email through GoDaddy Professional Email powered by Titan. Delivery records help us resolve failed messages. Online payments are processed securely by CCAvenue. Billing contact details and the order amount are passed to CCAvenue; Soil Stay does not collect card numbers. Automated WhatsApp delivery is not currently active.
Optional WhatsApp booking updates
Automated WhatsApp delivery is not currently active. Checkout lets you choose whether to receive booking confirmations, invoices and the personalised guest guide on WhatsApp. We record your choice, the booking phone number, time and consent wording version. We do not infer permission from a booking or a phone number alone. If you opt in and messaging is activated, Meta will process your number, booking-message details and attached documents to deliver those updates. We do not send your date of birth, card details or health information through this service. Email delivery is separate. You can withdraw permission in your account or by contacting team@soilstay.com; after activation, replying STOP will also opt you out. Promotional messaging requires separate permission. Consent and withdrawal records are retained to demonstrate your communication preferences and meet applicable obligations.
Your requests
Contact team@soilstay.com to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account information. Some transaction records may need to be retained to meet legal obligations. Please share health or dietary information directly with the organisers rather than through public website fields.
