1. Agreement

 By accessing, booking, or staying at SoilStay properties or experiences, you agree to these Terms. 

2. Eligibility

 Guests must be 18+ unless accompanied by a legal guardian 

3. Bookings

•  Full advance payment required
• Bookings confirmed only after payment receipt
• SoilStay reserves the right to decline bookings

4. Conduct

Guests must:

• Respect staff & property
• Follow guided silence and digital-detox periods
• Follow eco-rules and sustainability norms

Fines or removal may apply for violations.

5. Property Specific Rules

 Policies on pets, smoking, and alcohol vary by property and are binding once listed. 

6. Risk Acknowledgment

 Nature-based experiences involve inherent risks.

By participating, guests acknowledge:

• Activities are voluntary
• Personal caution is required
• Health conditions must be disclosed

SoilStay is not liable for injuries arising from undisclosed conditions or negligent behavior.

7. Medical & Health Responsibility

 SoilStay is not a medical provider.
Experiences are lifestyle-oriented, not medical treatments.

Guests are responsible for consulting their doctors before attending if they have conditions.

8. Governing Law

 Governed by Indian law.
